The Trainers:

The Commission has contracted with David Shearon, former CLE Executive Director and Kathy Story, Story Consulting and Coaching, to conduct the mentor training. The training will challenge mentors to reach within themselves to find the strengths that they posses and teach them how to use those strengths as the foundation for a strong mentoring relationship.
