I have been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist in Tennessee since 1994, and licensed as a lawyer in Kentucky since 1977 and in Tennessee since 1988. I am licensed to appear and practice in all Kentucky and Tennessee state and federal courts. My law firm's work is limited to helping individuals and families harmed by accidents and other wrongful conduct in Tennessee and Kentucky, involving trucks, automobiles, river boats (maritime cases), and trains, and industrial activities and defective products; I also represent workers and their familites in workers compensation cases, and cases invloving injuries to rivermen on boat crews originating in Kentucky or Tennessee; I handle injury and death claims of all types against governments of Tennessee and Kentucky and subdivisions (counties, cities, agencies, departments), and claims against the United States (Federal Tort Claims Act - FTCA - cases) including medical malpractice by Army doctors.
